Dear Vcandy,
Here situation are very dangerous, please take the termination letter to labour court immediately with your all proof of salary, contract letter and receiving of your original certificate which you had deposited.
Incase you do not have proof of submitted original certificate, you can get search warrent of against the organisation with the help of the labour commissioner and a bonded labour act will apply to them.
A FIR can be made against the documents deposited by them at the time of your joining.
If you are in Delhi, our representative will help you without charging any fee and our NGO will bear all your cost.

Dears,
You have given valuable reason for quiting the job. Since it the matter of life nobody have the rights to stop in some other way. The company can hold your salary but they cannot terminate your service. As you have given notice to them. If they have issued any termination letter to you take it along with your resignation letter copy if they have acknowledge to near by Labour Office and make complaint. If they haven't issued any termination letter and given oral instruction and then also complain to labour office.
