What is the best reason for change of job with very less experience(min 4-5 months)? Please any one help ....

You can explain in a better way but you can explain about your growth in other company as compared to your current company and explain about the responsiblity are getting and exposure and roles of your in new organisation is better than current one

Dear memebr,
It is really very less period to change a job and does not appeal moreover without having a vaild reason, suggestion to remain there for a little longer period, however, if it is really necessary to change, better to specify reason that salary is often delayed and hardly paid in time.

The reason for which you want to change job, you know best. I would advise don't give non-applicable reasons. On professional level, it looks cumbersome to reply why job is changed so early, but if you reply from your growth point of view OR desired job profile etc. it will be taken positively. You may tell you are looking forward to have conducive work environment. However, don't pinpoint the shortcomings of your seniors there. Your clarity of thoughts and positive approach will work out.

Is it "Reason" OR "Excuse" that you are looking for. If its "Reason", I think you yourself would be the right person to know it. And regarding excuses, there are a hell lot readily available in the job market by candidates and maybe a few members here may also help you with the same................rgrds

Dear All,

I am into Administration and Facility management with the experience of 7.5+ years. So far I worked in 3 Companies. Details as below.

1. Two Wheeler Motors : 2.6 years

2. IT Company : 4.8 years

3. NGO Hospital : 8 months.

Lastly I was working with a NGO for 8 months. I lost job there from last April as its a NGO and they said due to Funds problem for giving salary to employees they had to relieve 26 employees at a time. Me too lost the job at that time.

So from last April I am jobless and had gone to home town for 4 months to attend some personal problems. Now its being 8 months am Idle. Wherever I go for interview the Interviewers asking me the following questions.

1. Why you left IT company and joined with NGO ? ( I left the company because I wanted a growth in salary and professional)

2. Why you worked in NGO for 8 months? Is it fair If I say negative about my previous employer that they couldnt afford to pay salaries

3. Why would we take you as you have been idle for last 8 months ? What answer should i give them

I am not able to get into a job for last 2 months as I am jobless for 8 months.

Please suggest me what should i do now to get into a job and what are the answers I should say to convince the interviewer.
