Hi,
I smewhere feel tht if the candidates surveyed are freshers I feel a mix of candidates wud have been ideal it cud have comprised of freshers,AMs,Managers,VPS.
It cud have helped if the number of candidates were more as the data cud have been more reliable .
I have been taking interviews for the past three years & despite of explaining the profile ,role & responsibility in depth in the first round the candidates have still mentioned tht they are not aware of their role & responsibility
If 59% employees feel tht the recruitment process was ideal then how ca they say tht they were nt explained the profile thts contractidictory & in today's trend even freshers understand the profile before accepting an offer.
Just my thoughts but the way u have ade the project is really good. All the best for tommorrow dear

Hello Sonal:
>The pie chart depicts that majority of respondents are not satisfied with their current post and position, this constitutes of 59% of new joinees of last 6 months. 41% were satisfied with their post nad position in the company.<
That is about right for employers that do not hire for talent.
Perhaps a short discussion of hiring for talent would help?

hi sonal,
It is no doubt interesting. Do you have any questionnaire which was used or you were very specific in asking questions to candidates.
When we carry out these kind of surveys we normally use disquised questionaire so that candidates donot give preconcieved answars. Can you attach the questionaire with the report.
