Hiii But an employee will not contribute his share of ESI if he is drawing less than Rs 25 per day, But in ESi portal it is not calculating if wages are less than Rs 70 per day. regards ashish

Dear all,
ESI is mandatory for the employees of an Organsation situated in the ESI notified area.
First check with the neighbour organsations or local ESI office for the ESI implemented areas, if the organisation is coverable then cover all the employees drawing less than 15K per month.
