i just joined as HEAD HR 1st dec,2010 in glass industry turnover 1 corer per months. They are having working hrs from 8.30 to 19.15. on very first month i achieved following
for the month of Dec-2010
1. recruited AGM FIN. / Joined VP / GM-SALES = INDUCTION
2. Training Manual guideline
3. labour law comliance audit
4. HR POLICY = hr protrocol / manual
5. I - card issue to all / New format for Recruitment / Pms / all level
6. Successful visit of Saint gobin -3 persons guests etc etc etc etc
7. recrutied more then 17 person in a month
then FOR JAN-2011 My achievement are below :
1. Goal Setting Process-2011
2. Deptt. wise Training Manual complete for new joinee
3. Preview and approval of Training manual / Induction Manual / Hr manual
4. recruited 22 person in a month
5. Design PMS SYSTEM / FORMAT FOR ANNUAL INCREMENT AND APPROVAL
6. VENDOR DEVELOPMENT FOR LABOUR CONTRACT = 6 LABOUR CONTRACT FINALISE FOR 100 LABOUR
before my joing , financial position & working capital not sufficient but at the time of interview my CEO asked that our image is not good due to some issue but now ceo would like to change as would like to go professional way. financial condition is so critical . salary once in two-three months
ON 30 JAN , MY CEO ask me don't come, we don't need your services and while asking why then ceo told that what i thought for you but you are not up to mark.
but i understand imm that ceo don't want to give my salary for dec and jan.
as per my question that this is not a solution i am having family and social responsibility then he permitted me to work continue but salary he will give me half form feb.. as per interview offer letter 33 k gross and 3 k performance pay per month.
I learnt on 7 th of feb that my salary only 21 k is deposited and rest deducted due to my performance. similarly my vp also got only 33k out of his 75 k salary even my GM -OP also get only 30k out of his 50 k.
Now you all can think that if my vp/gm not got desire salary then what others ?
on 3th march my gm- has given his resignation and approved on 9th his relieve date. ceo asked me not to make gm salary in salary.
we had visitor came on 9th ,so our vp asked on 8th afternoon 8-9 format hr has to complete ,on 8th night at 19.50, VP ask me some format i had shown its complete. all page is complete but one page i take print out in landscape and he insiste that do it now then i req that simple wokr will do tomorrow not now. then vp made complain to ceo and when i reached my home at 9 pm then they asked come back and complete as per vp orders. i says it's not possible for me.
then i have disc with CEO, SARDARJI , he insist me to go at factory and do it as per vp asked . then i say no then he say dis with vp . then i had hot disc. with vp that yesterday you stop one female to do work after working hrs and his husband has bitten her. means he distrub her life and now you want to distrub my life then he told don't come tomorrow?
on 9th i go with 3 Bourke for guest but they restrict my entry at gate ?
my question is this is the way of not giving salary of feb / march ? this is the way for distrubing other person 's family ?
since last 4 months, i deposited 34 thousand to my home loan like 8200 per month instuallment and i have not given single money to my wife.
my question is this is the way to run company ? i am at now home ..... my career is on critical stage ...... what shall i do ?.... shall i go for legal ... shall i go for threat ? .... which way i can set an example for this expolitation?
which way i will get feb / upto march 9,2011 salary ..... half salary of jan, feb ?
please guide me as i need advice from you all.

As you yourself is a Hr manager so don't be excited be calm. I know at times its difficult in this situation but you should. try to understand the root cause of problem its not your VP or any one its they(company) really don't know the legal limitation, so go for law and set example. all the best

WOw...what a company? I'm really surprised with what all you have narrated here.
You do not have to worry, just find a job for yourself and make up your mind for a legal battle if you have all the necessary documents like salary slips, Appointment letter, any other written document etc.
I really do not think you should spare them for all the unprofessional ism and making a mockery rather than running the company.
Similar incident happened in a company i know of, where the newly joined President Marketing took all the decisions, ironically even all HR/Fin/Operations related decisions too as he took MD in confidence that he can save lot of money for them, and today the company is making Wonderful losses and fighting almost 6 cases of similar nature.
I just hope you do are not working in the same company...anyways, i seriously feel that you need to take them to the court for all the things they have done and said...But first find a job, start working for your family responsibilities....:)
Please put down your resignation and look out for a new job. If you have all the related papers and evidences then i would request you and your supporting fellow members contact labor department.

Don't go to the court b'cz all the company has their own powerful advocate don't wast ur time just flash out of this incident in ur life and start a new job with full of energy.
