Hi Riddhi/Neha !!

I think in this case u should go to them directly & ask them what happened to them, that all of sudden they have started disbelieving you. First n foremost you should make this thing clear with them whether they r doing this out of disbelief on you or they are observing the processes. In the latter case you have all the right to question them, for any refusal of your idea. If you still believe its because of reason no1 disbelief, you should convey them very clearly that HR cannot wrk without trust & support of Management.

You can remind them of their old day. i think you should sit on table with your management, discuss the what you feel. After working for two years they should giv you ur own space & delegated authorities upto certain level. Tell them, Management has to take care of several strategic stuff relating to business. If they are interfering in the small day 2 day issues they are just wasting their own time, which they can utilize for business development.

Hi All,

I have gone thru your comments and suggestions to Neha and I wanna know something from NEHA

-I wanna know something about your organization and your role. Are you the senior one by post in your HR department.
-You were saying about changing of atmosphere of your organization with your new ideas, what changes you wanna made.
-Lastly, I would like to know something about your BOSS/Owner and what he wants. I just wanna know why he is not accepting your ideas and what he wants you to do.

Now, I just wanna say that you need to do what your boss wants you to do bcz in your correspondence i found that you have not to much big organization and have no proper setup of HR & Admin.

If you think that your boss has full faith on you and as you said above that the entire team has changed twice except you in your deptt, you can just put forward your ideas to him and as you already are doing so. But my dear Neha if you are not getting proper response from your boss that means you have to wait for something til your boss understand this required changes in your Organization and you have to wait.

Second, I agree with Mayuri that you need to identify the problems and just need to do what you are doing but very carefully. This will also show your interest with your deptt/organization and towards your work and career. so keep doing this. One day he will realize this if he really wanna run his organization successful.

I wont say i can understand what you are going thru but one thing i must say that you just need to stick to your job confidently. Time speaks dear. You'll definitely get him convinced one day.

Hey Mayuri,
I really liked the line that HR CAN NOT WORK WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF MANAGEMENT.and definitely i will put it sometime in front of my management.
All your said guidelines came into my mind firstly but you know then i remembered my past relations with them which were very close and now its like peak professionalism between me and them.
So now i am thinking to go ahead with my second professional relation only.Cause i think if i will discuss with them and will clear everything so i will get back to my previous position which combines bonding, emotion, dedication so i think now i will continue my job without emotions and full professionalism and if tomorrow i gets a good opportunity and if will resign from this company so i wont feel bad about it.
So lets drop this idea to clarify things with them...... :)
okay...
Thanks

Ya anil I am the senior one.
Change in atmosphere relates with – no one talk to each other in office…always it’s a pin drop silence. No loud laughs. No open body language of employees. No jokes no bonding in between employees. These all things are not good for an healthy atmosphere in this company.
Boss is usually very good by his nature but now a days he is behaving very aggressively. A mediator is there between me and boss…well he is not mediator for all tasks but for some tasks only which doesn’t relate with accounting. He is a relative his relative also. I thinks my boss is very possessive towards his company that’s why he don’t listen to me.
And ya you are right and after all this I m on same way of quote i.e.boss is always right. J
I think buddy they don’t want to loose me but to operate me like a kathputli. May be that’s why they are doing like this. but somewhere it hurt but I don’t answer them and listen to them.
And if you are saying interest for this job so seriously now I am loosing it …..
Yaa dear time speaks and I also do agree with you!! J
Thanks

Neha,
The very first thing which you have to do is you have to show your importance to them. As you said that during two years entire team has been changed twice except you, that means you succeeded to show importance up to some extent but now its time to dominate... Now as far as your ideas' consideration is concerned as you rightly said that the organization is in developing stage so they may afraid of taking risks .. in such case it is HR's responsibility to lead management with proper ground work and calculated risk and this way only you could win trust and recognition of owners .....
Buzz me for more clarifications ...

You are right....I told Mayuri to drop the idea of clarification but today again somewhere i realized that something is cooking....for me .And it gave me tension again.
But Mayuri and Gaurav,I think it is right time to talk about for my self respect and to tell them that what they want and why they are doing it.
Well i will talk now cause now i am full. And Mayuri i will talk not to make my previous position but to prevent my self respect.
Thanks friends......

Hi Neha !

Its great that you hav taken the decision of clarifying the things between u & management.

i just read your earlier comment regarding ur office environment ..... lik pindrop silence ......emp can't speak openly....... I think its like primary school.... No employee would like to continue working here........ the day he gets an opportunity he'll fly away....

You can tell the reason of such high attrition in your office. Its the responsibility of employer/HR to make his workplace as great place to work. That employee should love coming to office everyday. This is the best way to increase the efficiency of the employees. I wonder how any management can behave lik this.

One more thing, an HR cannot function without emotions. SO never think that i'll be working here without dedication/emotion/bonding. I can't say that i can ustd ur situation..... but till the last working day we should continue with our same enthu.

Just clear the things... if u still feel they are deliberately doing this to you. Then its the time for your departure..........

Hi Mayuri,
I did clear all my points with him.And you know what i came to know that he is doing it to enhance my efficiency towards work and i was just shocked. And also it is going with each individual in org.
He explained that there is no wrong feeling but he is feeling insecure from my part thatswhy he started doing this and said he will be continue with this behave from now. Also said that dont want to loose employee like me but added that he needs work and doings, if doings will not be there so anything can happen with me also.
It was a long debate kind of meeting between me and my owner and end was good. And i m feeling very light now.....cause he is happy with my step of discussion.he felt sorry about all and said he should have done a meeting with old employees before implementing his new attitude towards all of us.
Thanks a lot to all and special thanks to Mayuri and Gaurav :)
Thanks all.
