1. KRA in the 2nd page talks about the targets on would have achieved in the appraisal year i.e. in the current year. This must have been set in the previous year itself, so that you assess his performance in the current year.
2. The KRA format given in the last page (page eight) must be set during the appraisal time for the ensuing year.
