Dear Nidhi
At the outset, please do spend more time understand this portal which is just not limited to HRM. It is also the BEST SITE for E-LEARNING where you will almost everything pertain to HRM.
Would you love take initiative to SEARCH this website using RESEARCH option at the top of this webiste?
Would you love to develop your PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS by LOCATING the RIGHT INFORMATION from this OCEAN(citehr)?
Would you love to be independent in your life rather being INTERDEPENDENT?
Would you love to THINK OUT OF THE BOX and DARE TO DREAM BIG?
OPTION is all your as i believe WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY and i hope you will make it.
With profound regards

I like the response of Skhadir. This site is very useful for those "that help themselves first".
I am sure one of the bloggers uses the signature tune of "Search First and then Seek Help" or something like that.
Have a nice day.

Dear Nidhi
Don't forget to include your company SHE Policy, the Expectation of Management from employee when comes to the Safety Management System, his/her responsibility towards safety into the Induction Programe. Because we have to strengthen and make the concept clear from the first day itself.

Dear Nidhi,
1. Please consider the time line of the Induction, before you finalize content of the induction.
2. Moreover, frame an objective of what all you need to tell the new recruits.
3. A few things that are must are mentioned above by john, may be u wud like to add the following
a. welcome note to the new joinees
b. Share the org mission, vision and values
b. Make them aware of the org culture, structure and standing in the industry
c. an organogram or an org chart of the organization
d. brief on the leadership team
e. Career progression, if you can
f. Achievements of the organization
4. At the end, do take a feedback from the new recruits abt the induction, will help u improve the way u do things.
P.S. - New recruits should be dealt with sensitivity.
