Part time MBA is generally recommended when you have a solid professional experience of 5-6 years in the same field and you you want to stick to the same field in the future. On the other hand, you can opt for full time MBA if you are a fresher, or preferably have at least 1-2 years work experience. Though Part time MBA will not command the same respect as a full time MBA would do, a trusted and reputed college can make all the difference.

Though Mumbai University is no doubt a good one, you can also look for other institutes who have professionals as visiting faculty. It all boils down to the quality of the faculty that the institute has. The institute may have a good name but if it is not able to hire right faculty, then it is the students who suffer.

How good the institute is and wanted to know wheather distnace learning certificate really helps.
I have total of 1.2 years of exp.in HR.Currently working with Siyaram Textile company,
