Dear All,
We are also planning to give recognition certificates to few employees on our foundation day,
i need to know that
1. shall i give small gift /token/cash with certificates
2. Only giving certificate can be ok
3. can i prepare an appreciation letter on company's letter heads and distribute
we are small growing IT company with 20people
please suggest

Giving a small gift, say a good pen nicely gift wrapped, with an appreciation letter
(on your company letter head and duly signed by the highest official)
would suit the occasion.
