1.Examine and prepare a theoretical paper-justifying that compensation is a motivator not just a satisfying factor.
2.Critically analyze and assess the impact of cross-cultural and inter-country compensation related impediments in shifting from the U.S.A to India.
3.When all employees are paid fundamentally the same amount of compensation what is the likely impact upon satisfaction and behaviour?what effect would secrecy-of-pay policy have upon the situation?
