I completed my MBA HR in 2010 and right now i have been working as a US IT Recruiter in a s/w concern for past 3 months... Actually us IT recruitment is not my targeted job but im interested into recruitment before.. Right now im not that much interested into recruitment... Iam planning to move into Payroll system... so i wish to do some value added courses on payroll system... now im in confuse.... my decision is right or which line i should go ahead..? I have no idea.. How about the scope of Payroll system in market.. Here im getting decent package if i come to payroll can i get the same..?

seniors please help me out from here...

Also please suggest me the course that offered for Payroll system.. and which is the best institute to do such courses.. But i have some idea about SAP HR modules.. some one said it will be value only if u study in Siemens.. But i know its too expensive for me to do in Siemens.. Is there any institute in chennai who offers payroll training with reasonable cost.. Please Let me know..

Hi Karthick,
I am not sure how much you getting paid now... the job you looing for payroll system comes under HR assosicate... this type of job donot have much income... so check with your friends you are in that area... actually 'm a SSE, my relative is working as a HR Associate. He is not happy with the salary what he is getting now...
So, choose be4 you jump...
