Dear Ms. Varsha
Now our conversation is going to be very interesting and i bet in this regard.
At the outset, I apologize again if i was harsh but let me make you feel certain things that takes control of our brain.......its nothing but THOUGHTS.
You need to believe that
a) INPUTS = OUTPUT and
b) MY HABITS = THE OUTCOME OR RESULTS
1) Imagine reading my reply in a polite, cool manner - POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
2) Now apply NEGATIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE and read the same. it will sound HARSH, RUDE, ADAMANT, ARROGANT etc.
I never wrote to you the way you felt. I am always NORMAL infact COOOL all the time. I always keep my Attitude Soft and down to earth because i playing the role of Trainer, Positive Motivator, Mentor, Coach, Psychologist and Counselor. How can i go wrong when i am making my people practice POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE. I only expressed what i felt. I do appreciate your advice.

You know really i will Appreciate Mr.Lakshmi narayanan for many of his valuable thread.Missing Power point or attachment is common..Am saying that Say in a Normal Way.. Rather than commenting .. Our Wordings Should Not Hurt others..At the same time we have to get Knowledge
Me too completed Counselling and It is all About thoughts as you said.But that thought should not be affected others,,That is Inner feelings Should be Motivated..Because of harsh wordings the Person Should not get depressed and stopped the posts
In world Many people will be cool as you and Many people always behave Harshly and think always negatively and Many people see both the side plus and Minus that arose Empathy...

Dear Ms. Varsha
Again you are mistaken. This is the site, where we are allowed to post your views which can be a Comment, Suggestion or Advise.

You just have completed counseling and i had been doing that practically past 5years and i can only feel the difference in HUMAN ATTITUDES. As i clearly wrote in my earlier post, if some one felt that i HURT some one feelings i better admit that xyz is HURT. The only way is to end this debate by declaring that YOU WON and I LOST. This is how i had been motivating my people even if they are wrong because i want them to differentiate between GOOD and BAD.

One who is confident about him/herself will never get hurt nor demotivated. This is the advantage of POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE.

I believe in due course of time, you will get more exposure about THOUGHTS and POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE which will make you feel "how to perceive things in a positive way"

Please do concentrate on INPUTS = OUTPUTS and YOUR HABITS = THE RESULTS.

I apologize again if i had hurt your INNER FEELINGS.

Am not Blaming you am saying that i am not hurt by any means ..This is not a competition for us YOU WIN AND I LOST. Am saying in this is Like you or me all People will take everything very cool and casual? Do you think like that? Never ..My point of view is for some people there who got hurt if there is no reason also.
I appreciate you you are a counselor for Past 5 years..In this world each people has each thoughts..Not even TWINS having same ideas..That is my context..I have to learn lots from you.
You don't need to apologize me since you were senior..Even i don't like it... I said my views that's it.Actually i Should say sorry to you i am damn sure if i hurt you kindly Regret..Thank you for Advising me.

Dear Ms. Varsha
You never hurt me neither this is a blame game. I just want you to remain cool while discussing anything because we are not going to loose anything and moreover its just a discussion about something which will help us to learn out of it. Nobody is going to loose anything either physically or mentally. I was just carrying out my research as i love studying HUMAN BEHAVIOUR and ATTITUDES by making people react in a normal way.

I appreciate your sense of humour which you kept throughout your post. Before you were confident about whatever you wrote but now I can feel a polite tone in your writing as i was expecting the same in your earlier post.

I too learned something from you for which i am grateful to god and to you as well.

1) You have great abilities in you as you are capable of convincing people. At the same time, spend enough time to understand them. This is the only way how can grow if you wish to be a GREAT COUNSELOR.
2) You are using terrific examples in context with your discussion. This shows that you can present yourself in a better way.
3) I suggest you to play the role of a observer, initially, so that you can grasp as much information as you can.
4) Always allow others to WIN even if they are wrong rather debating unnecessarily and wasting TIME & ENERGY...This will help people to realize their mistakes "where they went wrong"

Its just a suggestion and i hope you will benefit out of it.

You are right, WE ALL ARE UNIQUE, OUR THOUGHTS ARE UNIQUE and our JOB is to make people understand THE RIGHT THING and should be for a GOOD CAUSE.

APOLOGIZING, THANK GOODNESS and FORGIVENESS are the three best habits which every Human being should possess. These habits will help to develop our SELF ESTEEM. On top priority we should respect ourselves and our skills/talent etc.

You helped me to learn something but you didn't hurt me. DE-MOTIVATION, STRESS, PRESSURE is required to an extent in our lives because they play the role of a CATALYST.

Forgive me if i had mis-judged you. We all need to promote ourselves because i feel that we all are extra-ordinary people on earth. Let people know about ourselves so that we can grow in our career.

I want to thank this site which made me learned a lot in a very short period. Its a wonderful site.
