Hi Geeti & All !
Haammm ... i guess it's some kind ofa technical (Compatibility?) problem to upload the outcome .... i suggest why don't you call up or take guidance from Mr. S. Roy ...!...?...! May be he is able to guide you how to go about it if there is some kind of memory space limitation etc. ... well that's just a passing thought ...
So all of us wait & wish that this technical barrier should vanish ASAP so that all of us may be able to enjoy the Outcome !!! :)

Hi All!!!
I was waiting to reply you all. No doubt the meet was amazing and encouraging for all of us that can be seen from the pics as well. Hope the future meets turn out to be a big hit like this one. For that we all need to keep ourselves in regular contacts. There may be times when we are not able to due to work pressure that is quite acceptable. I am proud to be associated with this event and would give my best to make it a success like you all have given your best....

Hey,
Great to see the response. I can feel the positive vibes spreading all across after this first meet of ours.
Anyhow, We should be even more concious about all these applauds, as it is going to raise expectations for the upcoming meets. We all volunteers should be on samepage and make the ACTUAL MEET a BIG SUCCESS.
Once again, we should be really concious about the upcoming meets as the expectations are high now. The next meet should be properly planned and well organized and obviously, all this stuff should be done by WE VOLUNTEERS.
Thanks to Mr. Dudeja for his sponsorship which actually created somefunds fo upcoming meets. THRE CHEERS to MR. Dudeja & FUTURE ZONE.
Mr. Pankaj,
We just want your wishes flowing in like this.... :)
Also GUYS,
dont mind If I am not so active on cite for coming two or three days, as I am pretty busy with my assignments at workplace as of now. Hope, everyone can understand :)
Thanks & Regards
Kiran.

Dear Geetika, Kiran and Everyone Else In the Loop,
Can we identify the volunteers who had put in the maximum effort for organizing the meet on 01 Jul?
I suggest that we make it a standard feature - identify the vounteers who have put in maximum efforts - and highlight their contribution towards making the meets successful, and also give them a token gift of appreciation during the meet.
What do you say?
Dudeja, R.
4th July 2007 From India, Mumbai
Mr. Dudeja,
It is actually a very good sugestion.
Infact, we should do something like that. I think we can buy some good gifts and gift them for volunteers for their extraordinary efforts.
I am with you Mr. Dudeja :D
So other members...please chip in with your ideas and suggestions on this...WAT SAY??
Regards,
Kiran.
4th July 2007 From Netherlands

oh yes .....we should do it ..see ggreat ideas comes from great minds only ..good suggesstion Mr dudeja ...I am also with you and kiran ...lets us do some kind of voting to select the best volunteer .....

Indeed it's a great idea!!!
As it will keep the spark and enthu among the vounteers to do their best.
Thank you Mr. Dudeja for your innovative idea and Kiran, Geeti, Radhika, Himani, Pankaj land all other members lets fix on some parameters on which the contributions of volunteers will be measured....wat say???
Regarding the token of good work we can buy small gifts or trophies to be given in the following meet....
Keep growing while sharing :)

Hi All CiteHR NCR Team !
At the Outset Thanks to Mr. Dudeja for this idea of keeping the Volunteers Motivated by some token of appreaciation (or Gifts or Momentos etc.) !
Well i agree for the same, but as Himani & others suggested that it should be done offline so that it comes as a surprise for the recepient of the same ! :)
Well Kiran, the Full Support and All the GOODWISHES are and will always be with you and with all other Ever Winner's Team of CiteHR CHR members for all the Joy and Success !!! :D :D :D
Someone should take initiative and start activities of polling (Offline) for implementing this great idea !!!

Okay ..lets do it this way ..
Let me take down the count of votes ..you guys can give me the votes through pm (private messaging).
The voting will close down by tommorow evening 6.p.m.so start giving in me your votes ... if someone is not visiting this website but is in touch with any memebr ,please inform his or her ..it is the fundamental right of every citeHR memebr to give Votes (please note people over 18yrs of age are only eligible for voting so those who feel that they are still sweet sixteen please do not vote ...:P :P :P :P .. just kidding ...)
Any other suggestion guys!

Hey Prativa & Sandeep,
Heartfelt Opoligies for missing out on your names from the Volunteers list & the Photograph it was purely unintentional & by mistake.
Hope my opoligies would mend the damages that have been purely by mistake & result of multitasking.

YO...YO...YO
The HEAT is ON & ON & ON......
If something NEW comes up...there is someone to respond to it. Great Idea of acknowledging Volunteers. All credit goes to Mr. Dudeja.
Also, I Just want to inform you all guys one thing.
In this Voting...Myself and Geeti's Names would not be involved. People whomsoever VOTE for ME or GEETi...their votes would not be counted :) .
The REASON being...we already got enough LIGHT thrown on US as VOLUNTEERS.So, now we should look for FRESH and ENTHUSIASTIC NEW VOLUNTEERS who actually contributed.
Hope, Everyone will understand and cooperate in this especial & particular case.
Regards,
Kiran.
5th July 2007 From Netherlands
Kiran !
But I do not support this ..see this is the first volunteers honour to be given ..and i dont see any point in not including you as one of the contendors for thsi voting....
If you guys have done soemthing good that should be awarded and if someone else has done let someone else get this honour....
See if in case you guys are selected then looking at your enthu and level of particiaption , others will be motivated more and more ......
lets be very fair ....

Hi Kiran, Geeti & All Cite-HR NCR Team !

I do wholeheartedly appreciate this very idea of yours to exclude both of you from this voting list for appreciation... though this is your Goodness to think this way ... but in my opinion actually ur and Geeti's names also must be included !

I am not aware how others feel about it ... well i think all others also should opine about it ... meanwhile i shall plan to send one PM of my vote to Anupama.

Keep it up as this is a very Good idea ... only request is to implement it properly ! :)

Looking forward to see the next winners (other than the 2 already acknowledged winners Kiran & Geeti) ... ... ...

Hi All CiteHR NCR Team !

Well so far as Voting is concerned i feel that if we have 2 or more than 2 persons to be voted for they may be voted as per the Order of their Degree of Contribution & efforts e.g.

1. Name of 1st or Top Contributor

2. Name of the 2nd Contributor

3. Name of the 3rd Contributor

4. Name of the 4th Contributor ... & so on ...

I hope we may continue with this idea of Voting ! :D

Please opine & respond !

Helosssss Team,
Yeh kya chal raha hai  Well I am very happy to see all new voulnteers actively taking things forward & adding more charm to this activity.
The idea of recognizing efforts & contribution of the members is Great Kudos to Mr Dudeja, Anu, Radhika, Mr. Panakaj, Himani & Others for incorporating this idea; I really appreciate.
However I am in consensus with Kiran that Kiran & myself have been fairly infact overly acknowledged for our contribution & now its time to appreciated the new talent so that our team bonds together further.
