I need some information
How is it possible to employee employees and not keep them on the payroll of the company
I mean is outsourcing cost effective
or starting a new company and employing employees through that firm
What kind of legal hassles will one have to go through???

As to what would be an alternative to hiring employee (i.e putting them on the companies payroll) other than having them outsourced.
As many companies are putting employees on their payroll and it affects the overall thinking of competitors employees who are on commission basis.

Employees on outsourced role also has to be covered under the statutory like PF,ESI / mediclaim, gratuity, etc.,
Outsourcing of employees are normally done only for non-critical jobs or the routine jobs or the jobs which does not have a career ladder or career progression (like receptionist, security, routine administration, telephone operator, etc.,

I dont want them to be on payroll of the company as it is a high attrition job
