I would suggest you a simple way. Google it and you will find a lot of exercises to develop these skills, note down all these exercises and think which exercises would suit you the best and start doing it.On the go,try to develop a passion towards it and when you develop the passion, everything will become easy.Only thing you need is patience to gain these skiils,as these things will take time and won't come in a stretch.I was very bad in english before an year and after following the aforesaid way,I could see a considerable improvement in my language...

Hi satish, to prepare yourself convincingly for any job interview, you need to have a holistic approach. You need to develop soft skills by reading a lot and improving your vocabulary. Apart from this, you need to prepare for the selection rounds. A look at past years' placement papers will surely help. You can find them here-Placement papers | Placement Paper For 2009, 2010 and 2011 - Jobspert.com

Some easy excercises that can be done for this are---
** Read the English Newspaper loudly..
** Take a small topic, read that & try to present the summery in front of mirror.
** Try to talk to your friends in English.
** Keep a dictionary with you always.
** Go for watching English movies or serials(at least just for 15 min daily)
**Write at least 5 words daily to improve your vacab.
See its a language, You cann't cram it . Can be learnt only when you start enjoying it. Practice is the main thing..

Hey Shezaan,
well said. I completely agree with you, coz i do have the same problem. it's not the question of well English or good grammer. the main problem lies in framing the correct words to form a sentence while speaking or written communication...this is were we need help....
thanks again...

Hi Sathish,
As a start , the simple way is to forget the English Grammer.
Think how you speak tamil fluently ,is it in perfect grammer?
We are struggling in English because, we learn grammer in school days and we are very consious in correct grammer while speaking.
Forget the English grammer and try to speak it every day. Watch English movies with subtitles frame by frame.
You will get fluency
try this
