Can we bifurcate minimum wage i.e Basic +HRA+ Con.and PF is deducted only on Basic????????????

HI Vijay Minimum Wage can be bifurcated as Basic+VDA. But the PF deduction has to be there on the Total of Basic+VDA with 12%. Regards

Yes it can be bifurcated there is recent judgment dated 7th Feb on the same issue by Punjab & Haryana High Court, which clear this point. search on forum to right side, centrainly you will find the judgment.

it not a notification but its judgment passed by Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court.

Dear Vijay, If you are paying consolidated salary then the basic + DA should not cross more than 60%, on the 60% amount PF 12% can be deducted. regards

Is there any Act or Law where its clearly mentioning that Min wage cant be bifurcated or its consist only BASIC + DA? Please provide me some supporting if you have.
