Hr personnel being deployed in night shift duty
One of my friend is a hr jr. executive. he is being forced to come in night shift just to manage canteen affairs between 1.00am to 5.30 am. canteen is being run on contract basis for which subsidy is being paid by the company for all the three shifts. there is a canteen managing committee also. pl advise can the higher management force hr executives to come in night shift for the above purpose.
