HI everyone, need your help urgently.
I have got a job in HR Shared services which involves back end HR in a MNC. I'm more interested in Front end roles (especially recruitment) than back end. but since the company is a reputed MNC everyone suggests me to take it up.
My questions is: Can i shift to front end from this back end job after a certain time or will get stuck in this. I don't have any offers in front end right now, so is it advisable to take this up for time being. Please help me because i have very short time to decide.

I would be working with data management related to login and logout details of employees, attendance, leave management, making reports and sending to the management, for US office of the company.

since this is a MNC and offering me good package I'm confused what to do. worried a lot too. please help. Would be able to shift to front end HR from backend HR after one year experience from a MNC?
