Job Description

Designation: Sr Exec & AM Employee Engagement

Scope of the role: The role holder is responsible for pro-active engagement of employees within the Organization through various structured initiatives. Employee Development, Employee Motivation & Employee retention would be the primary focus.

Desired profile:

1. Post Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

2. Graduation from a tier 1&2 College

3. Psychology background preferred

4. 1-2 years relevant experience in Employee Engagement

5. Female candidates preferred

Key Skills

1. Excellent communication skills

2. High level of empathy, responsiveness and relationship orientation

3. High level of maturity and tact to deal with situations & people

4. Proficiency in MS Office
