There are may ways to do this.
1. Organize a woman centric movie for all together to watch followed by dinner/lunch/tea.
2. Have a competition like salad competition or embroidery
3. Have fun games organized such as cricket or kho-kho
4. One can go for food stalls.
5.Have an essay or speech or debate on womens issues.

Dear apul123,
I think you may arrange a meeting. In that meeting each women may speak there somethink special experience about there job. This is also help for motivation. Side by side you also in touch the problems that women worker facing in your organisation.

Dear Appu123,

You can do so much. Get connected with a Woman's organisation, take a pledge to stop Domestic Violence/ female foeticide, adopt a HIV+ women/ an abandoned girl child, raise money and spread awareness for an orphanage/ old age home/ women shelter. The possibilities are endless.

Hope you do something positive.

I can share what we had done a few years back. we organised a half day workshop which was chaired by a woman General Manager and attended by a cross section of employees. All participants were greeted with a rose, and given a small card with a nice quotation about women. These were all customised and hand-made.
There was presentation on women who were Corporate Role Models, managing multiple roles, and a panel discussion on changing roles and expectations of women.

we have the male employees prepare lunch for all women employees and also say a small speech for each female team member about why they are special and how they have contributed to the team. Also they have to prepare collage for each female team member with things about them and best collage wins...

suggestions here hv generally being organising events and speeches...but of course u hv to do something within the working hours.... i wud not suggest taking women employees away for dinner or evening becaz a women is as much an important part for the family and her husband or children wud too luv to spent the evening with her... i wud take my wife and children out for the dinner and my children gv gift to mother the evening at the dining table...

Hv any function ..let the women organise the celebrations..let not men intervene and come up with preconceived ideas on celebrations... i liked a suggestion that let women speak on their exp in work place... get somebody to train them an hour on self defence...let somebody counsel them on domestic violence....(at least the working women who are independent pls do not tolerate domestic violence..get out of that marriage)... get somebody to counsel them personal finance management...

Women is the most beautiful avtar as mother, wife, and the most underestimated leader..... do anything to appreciate their contribution to company but also family and society as a whole....PLS DO NOT ILLTREAT them..they deserve more but get very less....

In our company we have given an opportunity for Women's to conduct an event for the entire organization. This event will have a theme based game and a small presentation on women's importance, small gift to all women's also. This would help us
To motivate the entire women team that they are capable of conducting events on their own
To really show others their importance at work
