Could you let me know what do you mean by stringent on Indian national visa...do you mean the Visa laws or the scope of work by the virtue of HR being traditionally where a national is always preferred for the role?Also I am currently working as Generalist in the position of AM.I am not aware about the nature of job there so whats the homework I need to do in terms of any courses to be taken or general reading?

I mean, as per Qatar ministry, here there are lot of Indian Nationals are working. So they impose restriction for Indian Visas. Job profile is depends upon the companies.
