Dear , Can any body clarify the minimum wages to be paid to skill labour in Mumbai for 8 hrs duty and what is the O.T. rate beyond this 8 hrs duty and any provision of weekly off and if some one works for continue for a month on 12 hrs duty for whole month then how to calculate his monthly salary?
