Hi everyone,
Some of our employees were deputed at our client office and they had consumed liquor and had misbehaved at their guest house , Want to issue them a notice.
Can someone help me with such letter.

Dear (employee's name),
It has come to out attention that while on assignment at XYZ Corporation, you engaged in conduct that went beyond the bounds of reason - drinking and disruption of the normal routine at the client's guesthouse. Such conduct does not reflect well on you, indeed it raises a question as to your sound judgement and propriety, nor on our firm (Company name) which has a reputation of superior employees and high moral concepts.
Consider this letter a warning in consideration of your past (good) record with the company, [in the event the employee has a record of such behaviour the consequences of this incident could be more severe - time off without pay or even termination] however, should future incidents occur, the penalty will be more severe, perhaps up to and including termination.

Hi,
You can add this in the template provided by PALADIN.
Kindly report to us (Pls mention the mode of reporting ie., if the employee is in local then ask them to report in person without disturbing their assignment if they are not in local they should send a detailed report on what has happened) in detail on the incident that happen.
Get this report from every individual who are involved in this and continuously send some threatening questions to them to make them understand them that it will spoil their career where ever they go. Unless you make them realise what they did you cannot check this in the future.
