This act is not available online. You may consult BareActs for that. Also this act is State Based. Like for instance I belong to Lucknow, hence the Act applicable here would be Uttar Pradesh Shops & Commercial Establishment Act 1962.
As for the Publication, I have this act printed by Eastern Book Company.
Their Books would be available in Indore also, Check this out.
