In my company, transportation is provided through Buses (for both men and women) and if, in any case, a female employee has to stay long, (after 7pm in summer and after 6 pm in winter) she gets company's car to the nearest taxi stand or wherever she can easily get a cab or conveyance. But in any case, after 8pm, company car drops her at her place (drop at the door policy)
