You are likely to find detailed information on Compensation and benefit in the link attached below:

Please do find my suggestions as noted below:
  • What is mean by ceiling? - Ceiling is a term used in compensation management to provide a cap while preparing a budget. Ideally these are as directed by the government. Please do read the implications of ceiling in different areas as shared in the links:
  • How to calculate the professional tax? - The Professional tax is calculated as per the slab/limit set by the government. You would find a document as attached in this link. Professional Tax Slab <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )
  • What is percentage of pf admin contribution? Here's an excellent discussion on the PF calculation . Read it , it will answer you all your querries. PF Compulsory slab
  • Is there any minimum amt for the employer contribution in pf? You would get the answer in that discussion
  • What were the things include in the CTC if u got any soft copy pls send it to me? How to calculate the salary split ups? Saary includes the fixed and the variable components. There are retirals which are the benefits to the employee. You would find every detail about the salary structure and the salary slip in this link
