Dear All,
I am working as a HR in a private company,Kindly give your suggestion on following case,
A fresher joined in our company 3 months before. During his initial stage he was doing good in his work, punctuality and attitude. But for past 1 month he is frequently taking so much of leave and late coming as well as performance also going bad... Meanwhile, his parents are calling to me and my director to get to know whether he has come to the office or not. Our management planned to relieve him after 1 month of notice. kindly assist me to handle such employees..

Dear Aditi,

You have made an attempt to provide a draft of the termination letter. Nevertheless, the official communication in general, and letters related to the employee discipline, in particular, must have a format tone. However, one finds that the draft is a mixture of formal and informal tones. It appears that because of the influence of social media, in a few places, the message is personalised also.

I know this is too late to reply your thread,

it is your mistake that you are not inform your management about sudden leave.

Please mark in such type of case use your Appointment letter (if rules regarding termination is added) as your Key to entry in office.
