Seniors,
I am working in a manufacturing company (Staff of 40 employees)... We celebrate birthdays in month end by gifts distribution and having a small party in office.
But now its becoming monotonous, I am thinking to add some motivational, team building games ....
So, seniors please suggest what games we can play or some more interesting ideas ........
Regards,
Priyanka

hi priyanka,
if u want to make it more joyous then start distributing birthday letters signed by company head on company's letter head with a packet of sweets/chocolates that he can carry back home and share with his family. Also, you can call family of employee at celebrations of monthly birthday party. Can arrange a photograph of the employee on a stylish photoframe on his birthday as a gift to him. Also, few very small but entertaining games are attached for your reference.
For any furthur query, pls revert

Hi,
we are also celeberating Birthdays of our employees :
1) You can decorate the work station as a surprise package
2) You can arrange vedios of there family or you can call the family
3) You can paste the birthday notes from his way via main door of office
4) you can play some scenes from his fav movie
5) you can arrange a skit with the help of his department.
