Actually my friend had given information about his experience in previous company, that he is working till now in that company. but actually he had worked only for 2.5 years and he put 1 more year. he had applied with that fake experience for one company. they had asked him details about offer, performance review letter and pay slip for releasing offer letter. and he had send offer and performance review letter only. and they came to know he put fake experience, and he didn't get offer letter. finally we heard that the only company having right, that they can put blacklist for not getting job any where in India, if any any applied with fake experience. is really company's having right to put candidates in blacklist, if any body applied with fake experience. please help us in this regard.

Hi All,
One of my friend's friend got job thru fake, my friend wants to be reveal that fake to the company..My friend has sent mail to the company that he has fake, just do the verification but the company people didnt respond.Now what my friend has to do to reveal the fake of his friend.
This fake experience should be end up as we get the info so Its helpful for the geniune candidates who has got real time experience.
Suggest me what next i can do it to reveal the fake experience.

First let us see what software companies can do and what they can't do with employee with fake letters.

National Association of Software and Services Companies(NASSCOM) is the biggest organization of the Govt of India to govern all those things .They have a database called defaulter database .Any company can provide necessary documents for updating defaulter name to the database.It requires loads of evidence.Then if proven then one letter will be issue to the defaulter regarding this that they have been blacklisted,and there name is updated in database.

For example:

Infosys every year kick off 10-15 percent employees due to fake letters,but they hardly taken any action till yet.Maximum what they have done is that the person would not be able apply in Infosys again.

Please don't indulge in all those things...if you really want to prove anything then work in open source..

Its already IT Boom everywhere why you are interested in such a wrong deed.??
