Hi everyone,
I'm pursuing my MBA and looking to do my final semester project in freelance on Career Plateau - causes, implications and ways to minimize it.
Could you please tell me if its a suitable enough topic? Could u suggest a few ways of going about it. And also guide me on the kind of questionnaire I need to be creating for data collection.
Alternatively, I request you to suggest any other relevant topics that can be done in freelance.
Thank You!!

Hi, I meant that I’ll be needing to do the study with a few select Organizations for the data collection and analysis for the project duration but not be associated with only one company.

Have you searched the web to see what others have done on this topic, how and why that way? Can you get access to organisations to conduct primary research?

I did check with a few friends and faculty members at college about the topic itself, but there seemed to be a bit of negativity attached to it. In the sense, that the chosen individual might go onto the defensive in answering the questionnaire, thinking that he assumed by me as being on a plateau. So, not knowing if I would be able collect accurate data, I've decided to drop the topic.
I've instead chosen to work on " a study on the Relevance and Impact of Induction, Orientation and Socialization on Employees and Organizations"
Hope the topic is suitable and relevant?
I'll be looking to approach a few companies to conduct primary research for the same. I've been told that it will be possible to do so, but I'm yet to formally approach any company.
