I am newly appointed as a HR and given with work, to formulate new training modules for the company employees. The company is pharma company which manufactures drugs, so need training sessions for the employees who work in the production house. I need suggestion and help how to frame the trainings and related activities to fulfill the desired mentioned work. Please help me.

You can train your production staff on:
a) Lean manufacturing
b) 5S
c) Kanban
d) Just in Time
Along with production staffs, you need to train your procurement staffs too. Find out what is the inventory turnover ratio and this will show the efficiency of your procurement staffs.
