Dear All,

We are in the business of Healthcare Consultancy having total strength of 150 employees.

We would like to conduct the Employee Engagement Activities on quarterly basis.

We celebrate Annual Day, Navratri , Diwali festival.

Please guide us on the inhouse as well as outdoor activities which can be conducted to develop employee morale and interaction with each other.

You can also add up Founder's / Formation Day : where every Dy. Manager of Department give their views and ideas to build up their successful professional life by their experience
You can also add up Quarterly Picnics/Movies/Get-together/ Dinners
You can Celebrate Days... so that Employees can participate in it and get back to their old memories.
Try to celebrate Maximum Festivals, may be for half an hour only.
In my office I celebrate New Year party and Christmas Party too.... with One minutes games, random couple dance, etc...

Last year on 15th August we donated a lots of useful stuff to an NGO. We collected a lot of useful materials from all our branches and donated it to an NGO (for women and children) Regards Neha

1. Staff family day
2. Cooking competition
3. Antakshari / Bingo ( Housie)
4. Cricket
5. Blood donation camp
6. Slow bike race etc.
As par approved budget.
