Dear Saloni,
You have not given enough info to help you. What's the nature of the industry that you work in? Have you done any EXIT Interview to find out why they leave? Is it the same situations with other companies in the field?
What do you mean by "We had made official trip also for get together,Appraise them also."?
Can you increase their wages, institute flexi hours, etc?
Have a nice day.

Dear Saloni,

As Mr. Simhan referred, you have not furnished enough information to justify your query and find a suitable solution.

It has been found that the most commons reasons that employees leave their jobs are:

* Little or no opportunity for career advancement in present employment
* A lack of interest in the actual day to day work that is required
* The current job role does not challenge the individual
* Poor leadership and management relationships
* The desire to pursue a new/different career with a better emolument

An exit interview questionnaire should be focused and should meet the objectives, which should be drafted keeping in mind the above mentioned reasons / factors.
Exit Interviews are the eye opener for employers to identify the exact reasons for an employee to leave the company. If you feel that resigning staff members who are internally interviewed on their reasons for leaving generally give what are considered the commonly 'acceptable' responses, kindly do source an external consultant to conduct the exit interviews.

Another approach to this issue is to do an Employee Satisfaction Survey (which should effectively cover all the areas of Job Profile, Working Condition, Welfare Measures, Salary , Training, Career Development)

Will be able to further discuss only if you can provide more information on this

Dear Saloni Pls furnished details about your company. You have the option to take help from OD. Regards Pankajj
Dear All,
Thanks for the response..
I am working in It Development Company. Here we hire normally fresher and after probation period of 3 to 4 months we appoint them as permanent employee of our organization in between these process we provide stipend (8k) also. But after the completion of training the employee starts to switch normally. As I told earlier we are start up we had 25 to 30 employees in our organization. Official trip means several time trip were made by organization to decrease the communication gap if any. Appraise means after appraisal we had also increase their wages.
Our working hour is 10 hour including lunch (Management doesn’t want to decrease the working hour.)
Kindly let me know if any other information is needful for the help.
Thanks:
Saloni

Dear Saloni,
You are still short on specifics. For example, what do you mean by "we hire normally fresher"? Are they fresh graduates, if so what field? You say that after training they are appraised and "after appraisal we had also increase their wages". How much increase did they get? How many 10-hour working days do they work per week? How many days holidays do they get per annum? Is the 10-hour work on flexi time or rigid working hours?
I can keep on raising questions to understand the scenario. As stated in the link that Dinesh Divekar has given, there are a number of reasons for the recruits deciding to leave the company. Hence, as suggested earlier, you need to conduct exit interviews. Candidates may not be very open and give you all the reasons. Hence, engaing an outsider to concut the interview may be advisable.
Have a nice day.
Simhan
