Dear,
Hi to calculate safe man hour there is an formula follows
Present of employee *working hours (8)*working day of the month = SMH
50employee*8hrs*26days =
if overtime is done same formula is applicable
ex
25 workmen*3hrs OT*no. of over time days =
same for CL's
make it into a EXCEL sheet and you will get per month man hours.

(A) Simple Manhours calculation: (NUMBER OF WORKERS X NUMBERS OF HOURS WORKED X NUMBER OF DAYS).
(B) For Overtime Manhours: (Number of Workers on overtime X Number of Overtime hours X numbers of days for overtime).
Total Manhours = (A) + (B)
