Dear Anu,
Are you training leaders from Operations or other verticals ? Incase all your trainees are in non-reporting roles across different level, you may design the games accordingly. Please do consider the ones that are shared in the links below:Regards,

Dear All
First take the whole class in some open area. Ask them to be distributed:-
1. According to age group, give them some limits like below 30, 30 to 40, 40 and above
2. according to number of siblings
3. according to marital status
4. according to number of children
5. according to years of experiences
& so on.
At then end you can explain that people will be looking for same people through different modes like sings. Explain that it is very important to communicate openly and accurately to get and provide the correct information.
This exercise is effective for 25 to 30 group size.
It can be used as ice breaking tool as well.
