As mentioned about the incentive part, I would like to tell you that those positions were closed in the month of December but their joining was due in the Month of January and February.

What is mentioned in ur appointment or agreement letter about incentive as you have already got half of the incentive so am sure that there must be something very clear in ur letter.
plz share the same coz if its in written then only ur company is liable to pay you otherwise its upto them. and normally if its not mentioned in written then only gud people share the incentive when u r not working with them.
