Form 5a For Inspector Of Factories - Reg - PDF Download

Dear All, I need Form 5A for getting approval from the Inspector of Factories to work on NATIONAL HOLIDAYS. I could not find this form in the net. Plz any one give me the FORM 5A format.

Various forms are provided by the Factory Rules (Central & State) & therefore first decide which of the State or Central Factory Rules are applicable in your case & then go through those Rules to have Form 5A if you are not it getting on net.

I agree with Mr.Khola, you need to know your factory is covered under central or state rules. You may contact your Labour department under which you are registerd for all kind of informations and they will definitely help you.

The Form 5A is available in Factories Act,1948 and the procedure also mentioned in the Act. P.V.R.SHARMA MANAGER-HR 9949218492
