Dear Seniors I need help regarding
There is a firm XYZ. The management claims to offer lucrative and market competitive salaries to all its employees. It offers same financial package to all the employees who work in the same cadre. While the organization claims for good packages, some of the workers are very motivated with these packages while others are not. They assert that money is not the only thing in the world for motivation and organization must do some thing that can satisfy the inner urge.
Q1: What are the factors of motivation that cause some of these employees to be happy?
Q2: What are the factors of motivation that cause some of these employees to be unhappy?
Q3: What could be reasons that are making these employees dissatisfied?
Q4: Which compensation system this organization has employed?

It is really difficult for HR to keep everybody motivated & satisfied. But we can always try for this.Right...!!!!

Motivated and satisfied employees is not a one day job. It requires a study on each one of them who you feel is demotivated or unsatisfied.

Factors that motivate can be many in which money also plays its own role.

but other factors can be :

Recognition- if an employee is working from many years and also performing good then try to appreciate his/ her work and recognise his /her work on a larger scale.

Work Life balance- If an employee is working long hours and not able to give a proper time to his/her family, then employee will be really demotivated and unhappy. you can start with some flexi timings or with some complimentary off days kind of thing

Parties/ day out: each deptt should be given a day out with all his collg., so that they all can enjoy and can spend some good time with each other. it can also work as a Team Building excersice where if an employee has some gradges for someone ( which can also be the reason of his dissatisfaction) can also sorted out.

Training: provide them with some constructive training related to their job, where they can upgrade there own knowledge. it will help employees to have a sense of security and layalty towards the company.

There can also some more factors. It will be good if you will tell me what kind of organzation and which kind of employees are there.
