Hi to all,
You may find herewith an attachment (to be opened/downloaded in MS Word) which describes in brief how "HRD differs from HRM ?". In the present scenario, HR cell in every organization is the guiding force & plays an important role to have a very good vibration between the employer and the employee. I shall request you all to go through this attachment & never hesitate to pass any remark(s) in response to this post. Thanx & all wishes to everybody.

I always use HRM & D. At one part you are managing your talent and in another part you are developing talent. This is very common. Sanjeev Himachali
