Hello All,
I have just started with my career in HR. The organisation in which i work was initially small but now with new projects coming to us.... we need more manpower.... And we have decided to do campus recruitment for heiring fresh talent in our organisation......
I m assisting a senior HR into this activity...... and i had some quires
1. how to start the process....
2. whom to contact......
3. from where to find those contacts....

1) List out various job openings at your company.
2)prepare job description & qualification details
3)Approaach to universities as per your requirements ex Bsc Agri Students approach Agri universities
4)Prepare formal letter before visiting to universities
5)in letter mention details about your company and effective pay structure
6)finally meet placement cel coordinators at colleges approach by sending formal letter
7)find out the qualifications availibility & wen they are free for for campus recruitment
8) for better relationship/cooperation offer some company items to college incharge ex: calenders,company dairy, company Bags Tshirts Watchs etc.
On campus recruitnent Day
1) Give attractive presentaion of company valus norms ethics History organization chart etc
2) show company video
3) Arrange group Descussions/Questioners, Sort it out better candidate.
4)finally cal for final round face to face interview thats all ok
