I have an objection Rammi 24 !!!!
U wrote that Jawedalam had contributed his utmost efforts on trade unions by giving you the Form J. U are wrong. that is the "most minimum" effort he has given. His mastery over the topic is unfathomable. the more you poke him the more he comes out with more fresh and new ideas. The real game played while signing Form J cannot be expressed in words unless one sees Jawedalam maneuvering. Thers nothing to learn in form J. what we need to learn is what happens before signing Form J.
I request Jawedalam to share few dos and donts, or recall some of his experiences in this space

Hi shafiq, I am glad to hear your voice against trade union matters is not up to date. I agree with you, but Jawedalam has contributed whatever he is ware of his knowledge. That is we call learning things. Success is not final and failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.

Dear Ramesh
What I ment is that Mr. Jawed alam is a master in this field. we will try to get maximum out of him. I request mr. jawedalam to contribute as much as possible to enlighten all of us.

Dear Shafiq,
I have an objection that in my view no body can be a master of handling Trade Union and settlements.... Its the situation and environment (internal and external) which helps a person to achieve its target destiney....in settlement with Unions. Only thing u can do is to shape these environment according to ur requirements and mastery of this subject is in that process.....which i hope I am far away from the first line....

Can any one brief me the detailed procedure regarding layoff. Do we have to give notice to whom ? Ours is a manufacturing company having permanet workemn around 150 nos. Due to shortage of manpower and high cost of raw material we would like to take lay off. Lay off has to be taken for few months or it can be taken for contineous periods.

From India, Pune
