I am working as a HR Executive in One of the reputed firm in Gujarat (Ahmedabad), Can any one tell me in company HR dept. which type of Registers is to be kept, which type of return is to be maintain under which Act / Rule along with details of Form No and Last submission date.
i.e. Monthly PF/ESI Challan under Pf / Esi Act
Qutyerly Employment Return Under Emp.Ex
Half yearly ESIC Return Under ESIC Act
Yearly PF Returns Under PF Act
ER-1, Form 24-25 Consolidated, Apprentice APP-2-3-4, Bonus Form C etc.
Is there any website from which I can download these all information in Ms Office (Word - Excel) Format?

For ESI Monthly challans has to remit in bank on ESIC account challans will be available with ESI branch office at free of cost. The act is under ESIC 1948, Under this act half yearly returns has to be submitted in form 5, if more your company exceeding employees more than 40 the form 5 has to be attested by Charted accountant.

Form 15 - Accident register
