Dear members,
I want to know that how we maintain leave register in factory?
How we enter holidays in that,what salary put in columns?which leave we calculate on that salary?how we do carry forward leaves in that?
Please clear all my this questions related to leaves.
I WILL BE THANKFUL ALL OF MEMBERS.

Hi Lokesh
you have to purchase separate leave muster for that. before that u have to know the policy of the company about the paid leave and casual leave. paid leave mean employee can enjoyed the wages on that day he or she absent but subject to limit of paid leave. casual leave in that format employee unable to enjoy the wages. only paid leave can carry forwarded but also subject to conditions like if co. have policy to lapse P.L when it exceed the limits of 45 or 50 days then c/f restricted to 45 or 50 otherwise it all lapse.
u can calculate the salary on P.L also but not on C.L
