ESIC issued a draft notification for revising the Funeral Expenses from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 and also increasing the dependent age from 18 year to 25 years
and it also widen the scope of ESI coverage to the employees engaging 10 or more in shops, theaters, Educational institution etc it is in draft it take time to implement the same
