Dear Friends
It would be really kind of you if you help me in selection topic for my final project the main topic which i have chosen is training and development. I wanted your help as in how to proceed.
I hope you will help me in finding relevant subtopic.

Thank you so very much for your reply. is it necessary to to study a specific organization or will it be a specific sector as in healthcare.
Dear Sir,
The choice is yours . You can do it taking a particular organization if they are permitting.
Or as you said ,in an industry specific.
Or you can do it generally as a case study method.
