Hi friends,
I'm doing MSW-HR, i got to do my research this semester. i have chosen my topic as "HR priorities during crises". can you all please help me i need a sample of projects in crises management. Waiting for your response.
Thank you
regards,
Merlyn

Greetings,

How do you plan to work towards your project ? The topic that you have chosen is broad . This wouldn't distinguish you from others who have already worked on it. A generic study wont make you employable, but a focussed one would. Your report should help a company implement the program, make it that practical. Plan you study accordingly:
  • Study on Crisis Management
  • Focus on HR Role
  • Draw your inferences relevant to your sector, state and country . Please make sure it remains original and add reference wherever you quote to save your project from plagiarism.
  • Drill down to one particular crisis managed by HR
  • Identify the company in your targeted sector which have managed this.
  • Prepare a writeup on what you research about them from news articles about managing that crisis.
  • Interview few key personnel from that company and share their inputs in your report.
  • Finally draw your own deduction from this study .

Here are few papers for your reference. Please do use the research tab to find many in this community more suitable to your needs. You may visit CiteHR Scholar's group for research assignment , projects and case study for guidance in writing a perfect paper
