Hi all i am in the process of creating a set of questionnaires for measuring effectiveness of training. i have created questionnaires for training feedbackwithin a week and post training self evaluation questionnare. but i am facing challenges in forming a questionnaire for manager to provide posttrainingfeedback for the employee who has taken the training. would be great if you can provide me the list of questions that should be asked to the manager to measure the effectiveness of the training. thanks
