Hi Priya,
MIS is used for various purpose....
plz go through the attachment of excel file (just an idea) and prepare the MIS report....
U can make a Report on basis of various points like
percentage of salary hike given to the employee compared to his/her last employer
percentage of salary hike given to the employee accoring to his/her rating
keep a saturation point on which u can identify the profit and loss to the company
whatever u want u can get that thigh on that MIS reports for your HR issues....etc

Hi,
It would be good if you specify, what is the MIS meant for, i.e. whether it has to include employee data(which is typically on ESS) or whether you want an MIS with salary data including all increments etc.,
Pl be specific, in case, you are not aware of what does your company want in the MIS, pl find out so that your inputs are in accord to the purpose.
