What if that employer contribution is a part of my CTC? Then it means I’ve to unnecessarily pay tax on that employer contribution, isn’t it?

Hi,
We have started out pf account few months late.Is there any way to exempt the employees left the organisation by this time though they come in the period.
Which form to fill to exempt one employee and what are the formalities? Also, if an employee is joining in the middle of a month, should we deduct the amount from his first month salary?

One thing, which can be noticed that the given percentrage of contribution differs from what has been mentioned as the contributionb part. If we calculate on the said basis of Basic the amount comes as follows:
1. 583.1 on 8.33%
2. 256.9 on 3.67%.
And incase of seasonal and sick industries the contribution is differ as from the said contribution here.
And even in some cases the restriction of Rs. 6500/- is exmpted.

Dear Sir,
My company is not paying my PF after resignation. Kindly advice.
Brief Facts : I was working in a company and my Annual Basic Salary + D.A. was Rs. 9,45,862/-. I didn't opt for employee's contribution for P.F. Hence no deductions were made from my salary for P.F.
However,my appointment letter mentions that I would be paid monthly salary after deduction for P.F.,Medical Insurance,Professional Tax & TDS.
My query is whether Employer is still liable as per Law for paying it's Share (i.e.) Employer's Contribution to P.F. ?
In that case kindly let me know how much amount am I eligible to receive from my ex-Employer for P.F. ?
If employer is not paying his share of P.F.,then where should the complaint be registered for remedy. The company is based in Mumbai.
The company's total employee strength is 3000.

Arun Anil Dey.
